Omega is an engineering shop before it is a fabrication shop. Design decisions are made against your single-line diagram and installation conditions, recorded, approved and then built — in that order.
Engineered to requirement
A project-specific design approach. Ratings, feeder schedules, protection philosophy and form of separation are settled in writing before manufacture.
Controlled manufacturing
An inspection-led shopfloor process, with stage checks between fabrication, finishing, assembly and wiring.
Testing support
Documented checks before dispatch, witnessed FAT where the contract requires it, and test records issued with the handover pack.
Lifecycle assistance
Installation coordination, commissioning support and service coordination through our principal partnerships.
Six stages, all in house
Jeedimetla and Shivanagar between them cover the full route from raw sheet to a tested assembly. Nothing structural is subcontracted.
Sheet cutting
CNC laser cutting from CRCA or Aluzinc sheet, nested to the approved GA drawing.
Sheet bending
Press-brake forming of doors, side panels, gland plates and mounting frames.
Busbar processing
Copper and aluminium busbar punched, bent and cut to the rating and layout designed for the assembly.
Surface preparation
Multi-tank pretreatment, including a 7-tank process where applicable, followed by electrostatic powder coating.
Assembly & wiring
Component mounting, busbar erection, control wiring, ferruling and labelling to the approved schematic.
Inspection & dispatch
Agreed routine tests, records compiled, dispatch checks and packing.
