Drawing approval
GA, SLD and wiring drawings issued for approval. Manufacture starts only on your sign-off.
Manufacturing
Sheet metal, busbar, pretreatment and powder coating, assembly and wiring — all in house.
Inspection & FAT
Routine tests to the agreed schedule, witnessed where required, with records issued.
Dispatch & support
Packing, dispatch, site installation coordination and commissioning assistance.
Built in house, start to finish
CNC laser cutting, press-brake forming, busbar punching and bending, multi-tank pretreatment with electrostatic powder coating, assembly, wiring and test — under our own roof at Jeedimetla and Shivanagar.
